On a very windy and cold day, Todd and Karen came to Destin to finalize plans for their June beach wedding and to have their engagement session. It was miserably windy and the ocean was freezing but that did not stop these guys from getting the images that they wanted. These two sweet and adorably fun people were just amazing to work with and I can’t wait for their wedding in June.

Katie and Clay came down from Georgia to have their engagement session on the beach. Katie loves the beach and Clay doesn’t. He said he would rather be fishing.  But I think that in the end even Clay had a good time. Thank you Katie and Clay for allowing me to photograph your engagement session and may your lives together always be filled with peace, love and joy.

These two people were absolutely the most awesomely fun couple I have ever worked with! They had me laughing the whole session and were just up for anything, well he was after a little arm twisting from the wife. At one point I asked, “would you like to do some water shots?” She said, “Yes”. He said, “UH, no, I don’t want to get wet.” She said, “sure you do”. He said, “we don’t have a washing machine for the wet clothes.” She said, “so they can just go into a bag.”  And so we did water shots and he that didn’t want to get wet, I think had more fun that the rest of us and somehow I managed to get almost as wet as they did! Thanks guys for choosing me as your photographer. It was a blast working with you.
