Hi, I’m Tina and I am a photographer providing photography services on location on the beaches of Destin and Panama City Beach and surrounding areas. Destin and the Emerald Coast offer so many beautiful settings for pictures, that you can’t go wrong choosing to have family portraits made or getting married of one of our beautiful beaches. So, let me tell you about myself.
All about photography:
I have been perfecting my skills as a photographer since the age of 16 when I received my first manual camera as a birthday gift and fell in love and I have been shooting professionally for 7 years. I love photography, portraits, pictures and snapshots. I spend any free time I have learning new skills and techniques so that I can pass new things on to my clients. Photography is ever changing! There is always something new. I love attending workshops and meeting other photographers and learning new and exciting things. To me there is nothing more important than our memories and documenting those memories with visual images that we can save forever. I think that you can never, ever in a million years have to many portraits, snapshots, pictures, photos, albums or scrap books. I mean seriously, if we don’t document our lives, who will remember who we were and what we did after we are gone? Photography allows us to document our family history and tell a story that no book ever could. Children grow way too fast and you should have their portraits made at least every 3 months until they are a year old and yearly after they turn one. My children had weekly sessions until they were a year old and those are memories that I cherish.
What’s my personality?
I never meet a stranger. I love meeting new people and learning all about what makes them who they are. Umm, my husband says, that makes me “nosey”. I say it’s curious! I think that everyday should be filled with sunshine and romance. I think you should dance in the rain with your husband at least once in your life, even if he tells you that you have lost your mind. I believe that children are the best gift GOD gave us and newborn babies are better than Hershey’s chocolate. I love living life. I never leave home without my camera, my smile or my lip gloss. I believe everything happens for a reason and hugs and kisses make all hurts better.
I have always loved being able to use a camera to express my feelings, thoughts and experiences through photography and I love being able to share my photography with others. It is truly a gift to work as a photographer and meet new and interesting people everyday and be able to share my love of photography with them and document an important time in their lives. I cannot express in words the joy I feel when a client “raves” over their finished portraits, it is truly an amazing experience every time. My goal is to capture portraits that you will cherish for many generations to come and to make the experience enjoyable and one you will remember for years to come.
